Motel Policies:
- Check-In time after 3 PM – Check-Out time 10 AM
- Reservations held until 5 PM unless otherwise notified.
- Personal checks not accepted upon arrival.
- Balance due at time of check-in. Cash, major credit cards and traveler’s checks accepted.
- All deposits final, no refunds.
- No refunds for cancellations or early departures.
- Pool for registered guests only.
- These reservations are for the number of persons agreed upon in the reservation agreement. If there should be any additional persons, guests must get permission before arrival.
- Age restrictions – 25 years (unless a family or guardian traveling with children).
- Parking – one car per unit only.
- No smoking is permitted in the units.
- No smoking marijuana or hookah pipes is permitted any where on the premises at any time. Please be advised that violators will be asked to leave the premises.
