• Incoming time after 2 PM – Check-out time 10 AM

• Reservations held until 5 PM unless otherwise notified.

• Personal checks not accepted upon arrival.

• Balance due at time of check-in.  Cash, major credit cards and traveler’s checks accepted.

• All deposits final, no refunds 

• No refunds for cancellations or early departures.

• Pool for registered guests only. 

• These reservations are for the number of persons agreed upon in the reservation agreement.  If there should be any additional persons, guests must get permission before arrival. 

• Parking – one car per unit only. 

• Sorry, no pets.
